Shipping Policy

Your item will be professionally printed and shipped within 7 business days from the time of your purchase. Shipping is via USPS ground and may take up to 7-10 days depending on location. Allow a maximum of 17 days to receive your order. We work hard to get you your music as soon as possible and most orders arrive well before this!
If you are in need of rush delivery, indicate this in the "Notes" for your order or send an email to contact@kevinpoelking.com and we will do our best to help you with your request at an additional cost.

Electronic/ PDF Orders:
(Available to all customers regardless of location)
PDF orders will be engraved with the purchaser's information at the bottom of each page. You can request the name of the ensemble/ musician in the "Notes" for your order. We will accommodate this if possible. These will be sent to you within 5 business days of purchase (though most are delivered within 24 hours). They will be delivered via email from contact@kevinpoelking.com so ensure that it is not blocked by your spam filter.
