Zahvalnost, written for solo marimba, is a lyrical piece, offering the performer many chances to experiment with musicality and expressiveness. It is written for 4.3 octave marimba and makes extensive use of the double lateral stroke. Zahvalnost is the Croatian word for "gratitude"
